Mozilla Festival 2026

Mozilla Festival takes place at Barcelona’s Recinte Fabra i Coats from October 28 to 30. The gathering brings together communities interested in the internet, digital rights and the social consequences of technology, using workshops and discussions to explore alternative approaches to digital life.

The event is a strong candidate for comparing civil society perspectives with technical and policy reporting. Official sessions, participants’ published accounts and independent analysis can reveal how different communities understand technology governance. Workshop attendance and public online access should be checked individually. Avoid treating every idea presented as an organizational policy announcement or assuming that all sessions will be available as live video.
