Ghost Festival Sydney 2026

Ghost Festival takes over The Rocks in Sydney from October 29 to November 1, bringing Halloween installations, performers, music, markets and themed activities into the historic precinct. The city’s listing identifies expanded street activity on Friday and Saturday evenings, giving the event a substantial weekend public-space element.

City and organizer notices are useful for checking access, road closures and age restrictions for individual activities. Local reporting can add neighbourhood context and distinguish free street programming from ticketed venues. A shared monitoring view may combine official announcements with verified coverage from the precinct, but attendees’ posts should not be treated as an authoritative safety or transport service.

Different activities have different hours; do not turn one session’s time into a four-day opening time.
