Saga International Balloon Fiesta 2026

Saga International Balloon Fiesta holds its public competition and balloon events from October 30 to November 3 around the Kase River in Saga. The programme lists morning competition flights from 07:00, subject to conditions. The gathering combines international balloon sport with a substantial regional festival audience.

Flight schedules can change with the weather, so official operational notices are essential alongside local transport information and reporting. Earlier practice days should not be mistaken for the public programme. A monitoring page can compare competition updates, weather decisions and city access notices without promising that every planned flight will take place. The start time recorded here is the published morning flight slot rather than a guarantee of launch.
