Bellingen Taranta Festival 2026

Taranta Festival returns to the Bellingen and Coffs Harbour area from October 30 to November 1. The event brings Mediterranean and other cultural traditions into a programme of music, movement and shared stories, with its southern Italian influences providing a distinctive regional Australian festival setting.

The organizer’s programme and the NSW Government event listing can establish which performances take place at each venue. Local arts reporting and musician interviews offer context about the traditions being presented and how they are interpreted in Australia. Follow session-specific appointments rather than assuming continuous music across the entire three-day span, and verify any online broadcast separately.
