1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Grizat (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Grizat is a multi-view workspace that allows users to organize videos and live streams from supported third-party platforms into custom layouts.
Grizat provides tools for organizing, saving, managing and sharing layouts and workspaces. The Service may also provide discovery and search features for supported content.
Grizat does not host, download, store, retransmit, redistribute or independently stream third-party video content. Content is displayed through official embedded players and other permitted integrations provided by the respective third-party platforms.
The availability and functionality of embedded content depends on the relevant third-party platform, content owner, geographic restrictions, technical limitations and other factors outside Grizat’s control.
3. Accounts
Certain features, including saving layouts and accessing workspace features, require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate information when creating an account;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- maintaining the security of your account; and
- all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not share your account credentials in a way that compromises the security of your account or the Service.
4. Free and Paid Plans
Grizat may offer free and paid plans with different features and usage limits.
Features may include, depending on the plan:
- saved layouts;
- the number of streams or sources allowed per layout;
- workspace and organization features;
- sharing features;
- collaboration and team features; and
- other productivity or professional workspace tools.
The features, limits and pricing of each plan are described on the Grizat pricing page and may change over time.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing period selected by the user until cancelled.
Unless otherwise stated, paying for a Grizat subscription does not provide access to third-party video content and does not constitute payment for any third-party platform, creator, channel or video.
5. Payments and Cancellations
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Grizat or its payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee according to the selected billing period.
You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process made available through the Service or the relevant payment provider.
Cancellation may take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Any refunds are governed by the Grizat Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- violate the terms, policies or rules of third-party platforms accessed through the Service;
- attempt to disrupt, hack, overload or interfere with the Service;
- reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- use automated tools to scrape, overload or abuse the Service;
- misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or organization;
- use the Service to infringe the rights of others; or
- use the Service in a way that could damage, disable or impair the Service or its infrastructure.
7. Third-Party Content and Platforms
Grizat provides access to organizational tools and displays content from third-party platforms through official embedded players or other permitted integrations.
Grizat does not control third-party content and is not responsible for:
- the availability or continued availability of any video, stream, channel or source;
- the accuracy, legality or quality of third-party content;
- advertisements, sponsorships or other material displayed by third-party platforms;
- changes to third-party platforms or their APIs, players or policies; or
- geographic, age-based or other restrictions imposed by content owners or third-party platforms.
Third-party content remains subject to the terms and policies of the platform and content owner that provide it.
8. User-Submitted Content and Suggestions
If you submit a channel, video, platform, feature or other suggestion to Grizat, you grant Grizat permission to review and use that suggestion for the purpose of operating, improving and developing the Service.
We may accept, reject, remove or modify suggestions at our discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit does not violate the rights of others.
9. Intellectual Property
The Grizat name, branding, design, software, original written content and other original materials created by Grizat are owned by Grizat or its licensors.
All third-party trademarks, platform names, channel names, logos, videos and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party content or intellectual property to Grizat or its users.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Grizat does not guarantee that:
- the Service will always be available or uninterrupted;
- any specific video, stream, channel or platform will remain available;
- third-party embedded players or integrations will continue to function;
- the information displayed through third-party content will be accurate or complete; or
- the Service will meet every user’s specific requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grizat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising from or related to your use of the Service or third-party content accessed through the Service.
This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from the unavailability, removal, modification or interruption of third-party content or platforms.
12. Changes to the Service
Grizat may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, including features, supported platforms, integrations, plans and usage limits, at any time.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service or an account if we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, abused the Service, created a security risk or engaged in unlawful activity.
Users may stop using the Service at any time.
